What are good ideas for a hawaiin party?
I need some nice ideas to make a perfect Hawaiin style pool party.It can be decorations,food,invites,drink... i need major help,also good stores to buy these things.Thanks!!!

Consider a pig roast. There are people you can hire to roast a pig and serve it. Dollar stores carry leis. I understand a little known fact is the national food in Hawaii is Spam. Make an appetizer using spam. Carve a large watermelon and fill it with fresh fruit salad. Decorate with pineapples and coconuts. Grass skirts are easy to find at most costume or party stores. You can use a couple of them on your buffet table as a table skirt. Tell guests to dress in Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts. Buy a couple of large light up palm trees and some real palm trees from a garden center. You could do any kind of kebabs. Tall bamboo garden torches would look nice. Get some Hawaiian music to play. Do the limbo. For drinks pina coladas and keg beer. Have fun!!!

seriously, make little sushi rolls- buy spam, dice it, sautee with soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar, and roll with sticky rice. my brother went to school with tons of hawaiians and this was a staple that he says has turned into a guilty pleasure.
dollar stores. tis the season for cheap tiki stuff- also target- they have a whole aisle dedicated to tiki/hawaiian dishes and decorations at the moment- really cheap too!
create a warm beachy feeling thruout your party. maybe some coconuts, palm trees, bright colors like orange and yellow and red, ehh, they're technically hawaiian colors. serve some kind of pork and hawaiian cuisine at your party. maybe some pineapples and hazelnuts. this is all i can think of now, but hope this helps yuh'!
Try the little coconut and/or pinneapple cups with little umbrellas. People love those, as cliche as they are. For decorations see about getting little dolls with the grass skirts. Thats all I can think of, sorry.
