Answers:
The first dinner my bf made me was shrimp cocktail, spaghetti, salad and french bread, and my fav dessert(cheesecake). He also set the table and had candles. It was simple, but great. It's not what you, make it's the thought behind it.

Seafood spaghetti. Make it yourself serve with wine and hang a sign on the wall with an Italian name like a resturante soft music and good conversation.
She will just die at your detail and have a good time

OK well you can make shrimp fettichine Alfredo really easy just buy the noodles the sauce and add cooked shrimp. Or make spaghetti and watch lady and the tramp I know it sounds really cheese but it would be cute and i think all girls love that movie and a guy cooking for her fabulous just get some mood lighting for the mood.

shrimp are great pan fried with a bit of butter and lemon and garlic but that wont be very filling so maybe a pasta to go with it i recomend alfrado it nice and creamy and not spicy at all you'll probaly want some bread sticks also and for desert how about chocolate fondu with fresh fruit its healthy and sweet hope that helps

If she loves shrimp, this is a wonderful recipe! And if you'd rather do just the shrimp, add extra to replace the scallops...

Shrimp and Scallops in Garlic Cream Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil, plus 2 tablespoons
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 cloves shallots, chopped
2 cups white wine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
1 teaspoon chopped thyme leaves
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 pounds (20/30 count) sea scallops
1 1/2 pounds (16/20 count) shrimp peeled and deveined with tails left on
1 1/2 to 2 pounds cooked pasta or rice, for an accompaniment
1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano

In a large saute pan, heat 1/4 cup oil and cook garlic and shallot until translucent, about 2 minutes. Deglaze the pan with the wine, and add parsley, basil and thyme and let the liquid reduce by half. Using a fine strainer, strain the reduction into a clean saucepan and add the cream. Over low heat, let the sauce reduce to medium thickness. To the now empty saute pan, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, saute scallops, cook until opaque and remove to a utility platter in a warm place. Then use the same pan to saute shrimp just until pink, and remove to the utility platter. Add cream sauce to saute pan to toss the drained pasta or rice with the cream sauce and seafood, reserving a few scallops and shrimp for the top. Transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with cheese, as garnish. Arrange shrimp and scallops on top and garnish with basil sprigs.

Serve it with a nice salad and some crusty bread!!

And of course, make sure you have some candles lit, and some nice, soft music playing!

Have a fun evening!

Pork chops, mmmm, flour them, brown them, use some season salt, then fill pan half way with water, cover and cook for an hour, make sure the water dosn't boil out or it will burn. um....or there was some thing else but i can't remember...cheesy mashed potatos, are yummy, fried chicken and mushrooms in a red wine, salt, and honey, etc.(or oil and butter and chives over rice) All I got, good luck.

With a little salad and some fresh bread, wine. Viola.

Fondu! Most think of fondu as a cheese dish but you can cook all kinds of meat and seafood with a fondu pot. This method is mainly a vegetable, chicken or beef stock. You can buy these in the soup isle in a convienent container. You then just mix in spices for flavor. Look on line for some simple recipes. Once you have a receipe, heat up the stock and cut up bite size pieces of raw meats. The best combinations are shrimp, chicken, pork, beef and salmon. Just place them on a platter so you can share. All you have to do then is put a piece of meat on the fondu fork and place it in the heated broth for about a minute and eat. This is really nice because you are forced to take your time at dinner and enjoy each other instead of taking 2 hours to prepare a meal then taking 10 minutes to eat it. It will take you at least a 1/2 hour to finish your meal. throw in a salad and a bottle of wine and you have a romantic dinner you can share.

place crab cake in middle of the shrimp bake for about 15 mintues at 375 when you put the shrimps in the oven turn the pot of water on becauce you are going to make asparagus
when water boils place vegetables into salted water for four mintues the vegy and the shrimps should be done at the same time or pretty close remove the vegy from the water drain and strain place on place add butter and a squeese of lemon juice and salt and pepper place shrimp on dinner plate with vegy and serve with chilled glass of white wine and then enjoy
