Hi,
You can't go wrong with pasta. Look for an Italian food specialty store in your neighborhood, or close by. You can go in and by fresh homemade pasta that you can just boil for a couple minutes and it's done. They will have an array of fresh rolls and also they will have homemade sauce you just heat up. If you wanted you could add a vegetable to the sauce, asparagus, broccoli. Don't forget the salad, lettuce, tomato, onion. This dinner for four will be inexpensive, probably around $20.00. It will suit everyone, including you, since you are a vegetarian.

BEEF. It's whats for dinner.

Order a pizza. So everybody can eat.

Take some veggies : red pepper, onion, carrots broc, califlower, etc. Put them in a plastic zip lock bag & put in some italian dressing. Plac in firdge for 4 hours. Take them out & put them in a reynolds aluminum foil bad & either put in oven for 30 minutes or grill it for 20 minutes. Really good.

a pasta salad and garlic bread would be good. there are alot of vegitarian pasta recipes.

Use hearty pasta from the frozen foods section for this filling dish. All you need to complete this meal is a bountiful tossed salad and some fresh bread.

16-ounce bag frozen tortellini (ricotta, tofu, or vegetable-filled), ravioli, ricotta cavatelli, or gnocchi
Two 16-ounce cans pink beans, drained and rinsed
28-ounce jar good-quality chunky marinara sauce
Bring water to a boil in a large pot and cook the frozen pasta according to package directions. Just before draining, add the beans to the water and cook briefly to heat them. Drain the mixture well and transfer to a serving container.

Stir in the marinara sauce and serve at once.

Go shish kebabs. This way your boyfriends can still eat meat without having it touching or integrating into your food. Quick, easy and pretty cheap. If you don't have a grill, an oven set on broil will work just fine.

For a side you can pick up a box of black beans and rice for a dollar or two.

Go to the store, and look on boxes for recipes. If you like pasta, grab a box of ziti or rigatoni and look for recipes on the box. They will include bake times, etc. so you know weather or not you will be able to pull it off. Canned soup normally has good recipes too.-- like Cream of mushroom with chiken and stuff like that. PLUS you'll already be at the store so you will be able to see (before you decide on it) how much it is going to cost you.

Also, some grocery stores sell already made- ready to cook- dinners in their meat area. Our Publix normally has beef stew, chicken corden blu (probably spelled wrong), stuffed fish filets.... realy really good. already seassoned and everything, all you have to do is take it home and bake it. pair that with some baked potoates and a salad and you have a great meal.

Good luck girls.... and remember... Have fun with it. :)
oh, and ... Don't forget a desert.

salad
