Anyone have any good theme ideas for a males 50th surprise birthday party?!

Just did a 60th BDparty and it was retro theme!. Had mirror ball, 50's to current music, trophies for best costumes male & female and trophy for jiving contest!. Hung 45 rpm records from the ceiling, rented a popcorn machine with the little bags and handed out, had cars on the tables (old style plastic) and tied the birthday balloons to it!. Have a 50's party, everybody should dress like it's the 1950's!. Play 50's music and have a sock hop!! You could serve diner food like fries & hot dogs, hamburgers & shakes!.
