First time hosting Girls Night Out....Need a menu?!

Question: First time hosting Girls Night Out!.!.!.!.Need a menu!?
I live out of town so I am having about 6 or 8 friends to my apartment for a girls night out!. (age group 30-40) I have some games planed but I am having trouble with the menu!. I would like to have finger foods!. I have already decided it will be BYOB but I will have some Jello Shots!. I have some girly goody bags for them as well!. Anyone have any other ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You may want to go over to your local Sam's Club warehouse or Wal-Mart frozen food section and check out all the heat-and-eat appetizers!. Mini egg rolls, won-tons, chicken wings, mini chocolate cream puffs and eclairs!. I'd have 2-3 kinds of crackers (Wheat Thins, Sociables, Trisket) and some crab dip and spinach dip!. Have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I host a group of 10-12 every couple of months and I have this easy routine that we all love - it's so easy and good: Buy a big loaf of French bread, ranch dressing (or you can spread mayo instead - but ranch is popular where I live in Texas), mustard, quality lunch meats (turkey is a popular one) and good sliced provolone cheese, 2 thinly sliced tomatoes, 1 thinly sliced white onion, 2 thinly sliced avacados, lettuce!.
Make one big easy sandwich from it all, and cut it into little sandwiches!.
Arrange pretty on a nice platter with some carrot sticks!. The whole thing takes only 20 minutes to create!.
I put out paper plates, napkins, chips/salsa, and I'm done so that I can have fun with my friends and not slave away!.
Your idea of jello shots is great! Fill an ice chest with little bottled waters, cokes and diet soda for non-drinkers and dieters!. Leave the lid open so folks can see it's there for the taking!. An extra bag if ice is handy unless you have a super ice maker!.
Enjoy - it's all about the fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com
