Answers:
Baby Back ribs. Dry rub, let sit in the fridge for 6 hours in plastic wrap. Bake on a low heat for a few hours, then transfer to a coal fired BBQ (like a Weber) in indirect heat, with lots of real wood coals and smoke. Watch, and towards the end baste in a favorite sauce a few times. Serve with slaw, corn on the cob, and plenty of beer.

Chicken and Pork spareribs.

marinate chicken breast in zesty italian dressing for atleast 6 hours. This tastes so good on the grill.
Make sure that the food you are preparing is not all the same color- like beige.

BBQ some chicken.then take and make the whole meal on the pit.Cut up some Italian squash, yellow squash, red onions, and bell pepper, then put them in a foil pouch.Add a tablespoon of butter, seasoning, salt, and 6 large ice cubes.Close and roll up the ends for the juices to stay in.Now do corn on the cob like that.BBQ all of it and enjoy.the veggies take about as long as the chicken, just keep turning them.Do the same with your bread, butter it and put it in foil.I am a BBQ queen with the foil....Enjoy...
