Friends reception food?!

Question: Friends reception food!?
My friend is getting married in a private ceremony and then having a reception for about 200-300 people!. They don't have any money so my other friends and I have offered to make the food!. The reception is the end of June, it will be indoors, but there is an outdoor portion as well, so we were thinking colder foods, but not necessarily all cold!.

Food suggestions so far:

Pasta Salad, Potatoe Salad, Fruit Salad, Chocolate Fountain with fruit and pretzels

I don't know if she is just having ham sandwiches or what she plans for that yet!.

What other suggestions do you have for food!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
