Answers:
First off "Ice" Princess has a negative conotation associated with it; I'd go with "snow" or "Arctic" or "frost" or "snow angel" or "snow flake"!.!.!.

Decorations are easy! Make it all about your name!. Use snowflakes and fake snow (the soft, pillowy kind at a craft store AND the snow in a can), dress the part (wear a gown, because you're a princess, that is in your chosen colors; wear a tiara; wear lots of glitter)!. Go to Party Factory or whatever party store is in your town, and I'm positive you'll find a huge selection of decorating ideas for a "snowy" evening!.!.!. Balloons, glitter, table confetti, streamers!.!.!. Have bubbles on all the tables!.!.!.people LOVE blowing bubbles, and it will create an even cooler atmosphere!

Are you going to send invites!? You can make them on snowy paper - there is such a HUGE assortment of paper selections at craft stores now that scrapbooking is so popular!. Print them out with a pretty font, roll them up, and tie them with a pretty bow!.!.!.like an old-fashioned scroll!.

You ABSOLUTELY MUST have food that is associated with your theme!.!.!.whoever said not to have themed food doesn't get the whole idea of a theme!. You'll want your paper/plastic goods (napkins, plates, eating utensils, cups) to all go with the theme - the party store should have all of this!. Think of beverages, appetizers, main dish and sides!.!.!.or you could just do all finger foods/appetizers; I would probably try to do all finger foods - savory and sweet appetizers!. And don't forget about dessert! Here are some of my ideas for food:

Dessert first since it's my fav: cupcakes individually decorated with edible glitter and little tiaras!. You can use little plastic party favors as the decor (just don't eat them, obviously), like big rings, beads, and use food coloring and colored sprinkles to achieve blue and silver colors to go with your theme!. You could even get a big castle birthday cake - make sure to order early!.!.!.some bakeries require some time to make such a detailed cake!. If you want to make your own cake, try typing in "strawberry whipped sensation" on www!.allrecipes!.com - delish AND gorgeous! An ice cream cake would be amazing!

Appetizers: you want them to be light and fluffy and airy and pretty - just like a princess!. Get a lot of fruit and veggies, wash and cut them, and serve with an assortment of dips: fluffy marshmallow and cream cheese dip, sour cream and onion dip, brown sugar dip, cool whip, caramel, etc!. Get great recipes (and easy!) on www!.allrecipes!.com!. The fruit and veggies are extremely beautiful and colorful, and the dips are heavenly! Make sure to provide a lot of toothpicks - they even have decorative ones at the party store! Type in "brie cheese appetizer" at www!.allrecipes!.com and you'll have another great appetizer!. If you're not going to do a main course, just get more app ideas from this site!. I could give you more, too!. You could also set out bowls of blue and silver jelly beans and candies!. Try strawberries dipped in chocolate!.!.!.deviled eggs!.!.!.chocolate fondue with fresh fruit, marshmallows, graham crackers, and pretzels!.!.!.

Main course and sides: Fairy Wand Sandwiches: Have your grocer or baker make yellow-tinted sandwich bread, or use potato bread!. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bread, then spread peanut butter and jelly or your favorite sandwich filling over each star!. Press two stars together to form each sandwich, then insert a pretzel rod ? of an inch into each for the wand's handle!. Or you could do something more fancy like chicken cordon bleu!. I gotta be honest!.!.!.my ideas for the main course/sides are lame because I think you'd have an easier time, and a better outcome, by offering only appetizers!. The little star sandwhiches make great finger foods!.!.!.

Drinks: Enchanted Princess Punch: Freeze pink-colored ice cubes (a combination of Kool-Aid and cranberry juice works well) before the party!. At the party, serve lemon-lime soda or ginger ale, and let each person drop in a "magic" ice cube that will make their drink fit for a princess! Or mix ginger ale with any kind of sherbet!.!.!.yummy! Get some dry ice to add to your punch bowl - it makes SUCH an incredible difference with all the fog coming out of the bowl!!!

As far as party favors!.!.!.you want everything to be girly, right!? So give out what you'd want!.!.!.nail polish, jewelry (places like Claire's have cheap jewelry that is really cute), hair accessories, lipglosses!.!.!.maybe even go to a department store and get free samples of the good stuff!!! You can even make "magic" wands for everyone: Cut star shapes from thin wood or poster board!. Glue to a length of dowel and spray-paint gold!. Decorate with glitter-glue, stickers and foil confetti!.

You could also get a roll of red plastic sheeting to use as a "red carpet" for your guests!.!.!.or make a drawbridge they have to walk over to get inside!.!.!.or both!

Remember to plan, plan, plan so that on the day of your celebration, everything is already thought out and ready to go!. The last thing you want is to be stressed and not enjoying yourself! Happy birthday, and have fun! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, since your theme is Ice princess or Snow princess, you can have it somewhere cold or snowy like in the mall or inside your house (if you have a centralized aircon which means all parts of your house is air conditioned)!.

For your party favors, you can give a little silver tiara with a short message in it!.

For the food, of course you can have hot foods to have balance since it is cold so it's just good if you serve hot foods like soups, anything!.

Then for the dessert, crushed ice! And any that includes brain freezing like ice creams, chocolates!.!. Anything!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would suggest to go with the theme of snow!. It would be cool if you decorate venue all in white, have huge cotton clouds hung in the hall, have lots of see through curtain's, have white knights to welcome the guests, make all the chairs and tables look as if they were made up of ice!. You can also use a lot of blue to make the environment more natural!. You could have snow cone machines and ice sculptures!.
Yes do provide real food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for decorating I would go for blue christmas lights in stars, white streamers would go well with the ice theme!.
& loads of helium balloons in your theme colours!.
You could go completely ott and have an ice sculpture!
Glow sticks would also be cool - you can get them in blue & purple!.Get your guests to dress in just white and get some Ultra violet lights!!

For favours I would look for small photo frames in the shape of snowflakes - you could then hire a photographer to take pics of your guests, then they can frame there pic and remember the party forever! you could also use a polaroid camera!?

The good thing with your ice theme is you could use a lot of christmas decorations to keep it cheap!

As for the food!.!.!. Why not go for something like ice creams rather than spending tons on feeding guests!? you could also do iced drinks with a blue flavouring!? the glasses you serve then in could glow or light up!? You could even top the whole thing off with an ice cream cake! have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If I could be honest;
I was a lilttle shock that you'd want any type of "princess theme!."
I threw my niece a princess theme party who just turned 7years old!. However, ,my daughter is 15 & will be 16 soon; she's throwing ideas out to me for her party!. Such as safari theme, black & white party, all white party(which would look nice with your light blue, silver & white), Luau, my daughter's best friend had a Sugary Sweet 16 Party!. Decoration were faboulous it put me in the mind of candy land; her mom had a candy bar cake made, beautiful centerpieces of vases filled with assorted candy!. Very unique!.!.!.
Dare to be different!.!.!.
Happy BdayWww@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know about all the other stuff, but here's a "real food" recipe for you: And HAPPY SWEET SIXTEEN!

Mayonnaise as called for on package directions
1 large tomato, cut into wedges
1 avocado, ppitted, peeled and cut into wedges
1 bag ready-to-eat American blend salad greens

Make past salad as directed on package!. Stir in remaining ingredients!. Refrigerate at least 1 hour!. cover and refrigerate any remaining salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depending on your budget, get an ice sculpture!. You can also get cups made from ice so people need to wear gloves to drink!. Hire a slurpee machine!.

I don't think you need to theme your food - just have regular party food!. A buffet is always good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

make it look really awesome, and make the colours all fit in - like what you said with your colours, light blue, silver and white everywhere!.

do give to everyone, maybe stuff to eat and a little memoir of you, and food!? real food would be goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know!. I was hoping the ice and snow were gone for this spring!.
I am having a bit trouble with your use of the word "My"!. What part of speech is that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
