anyway onto the seriousness!.
i am only 14 but maybe a themed b-day party!?
you could hire out the local surf club or hall!. my friends do it all the time!. and u could set up a long table full of diff party foods!. have really cool theme such a fluro, 80's flashback, cartoon characters or funky!. also have a couple of chairs around the place for people who arnet dancing or just want to chat!.
have a big eskie/cooler full of cans of drink and the occansional games such as pass the parcel!.
have lots of dance music going all night and ask all your friends to bring in disco lights or portable lava lamps so when you turn the lights off it will be a disco!.
every now and then play a song that has already made up moves such as nutbush, maccarina or 5,6,7,8 so that everyone will be dancing!.
