Bake a cake (use a pound cake mix) in a pyrex or glass mixing bowl!. Use that for the skirt, and get a little doll torso form at a craft store to stick in the top!. Frost the skirt with storebought frosting!. Use squirt can frosting (with the tips) to decorate the skirt & top of the dress!. Put a ribbon banner across her!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Wrap lip glosses, little nail polishes, etc!. in tin foil to make balls, wrap a long ribbon around each one and pile them into a glass bowl with the ribbons coming out!. The guests would pull a ribbon to get their favor!.!.!.!.!. Have little tiaras for the guests to wear and let them make ribbon banners to wear!.!.!.!.!. Have everyone dress up and hire someone to do hair and makeup!. Or take turns doing each others'!.
