You can go to a bar that allows sixteen year olds in, but it depends on where you live. You can go shopping with some of your friends at the Mall. You can do a cook out and invite some friends simple things.
I agree with Sparky, those are all good teenage hangouts.
go to the library read a book improve yourself. Don't rely on government schooling to do that. There way will keep you back. and blind to there ways. they don't want people to get to educated and self reliant.

You are obviously a very uneducated and ignorant teenager if you don't have friends enough to help you decide what you should do with your time. You should go to the library and teach yourself to read and write. so that you can ask the appropriate questions. I don't know where you live but your town has a lot of questions to answer to, for allowing you to walk the streets on your own. sorry if I seem a bit harsh but you really do have a problem. You only get one life kid, go for it.

Join your local adult learning class, get to practice a new hobby and meet new people at the same time. Take a look at your local community centre or enquire at your council education department.
