i wanna have a party at 7:30 -11 or 12 and i'm 13 ? why not? and if i should wut kind of theme if it a summer party?

Uh i would say ask ur parents. 12 is a little late. IF its really going to 12, kick out the guys and make is a slumber party. Order pizza, watch movies. Hula themes are fun. Try renting a DVD teaching u how 2 hula. A backyard beach scene is really fun. U could also find some flower necklaces (like wat r they called? lays???) I would recomend music too! But try having it in the afternoon, more of your friends would acctually be able to go, and their parents wouldnt freak when they heard the party time..... ALSO--- "Why Not"????? U needa b more careful, 12 is late, and a lot of other people who you dont wana mix with r out...

If your mom let's you do that then she is not a good mother. and if anyone let's their kids come over they are not good moms....or they don't know where their kids are.
maybe you shouldn't be asking other people for their opinions. the only people who can answer that question are your parents. if they allowed you to have a party, i'm sure they can give you ideas on what kind of party you can have.
Why not! As long as your parents are there or at least no alcohol is involved! Step up to it and ask!
A cool theme would be something Hawaiian, which is a classic for a summer party, or try something like a decade party. (60, 70, 80 so on)
I don't see why you couldn't have friends over. Just don't be a s*ut about it, and ask your parents. Anything that happens to your friends while they're there are your parent's legal responsibility. If they get sued over one of your friends getting smashed, high or trashed, you won't have a house to have parties in.
Ask your parents if you can have a party. Only they know if you're responsible enough to be up that late. If you were my child I'd have the party end at 9:00 and just start earlier. No parent really wants drag their butts off the couch at 11 or 12 to pick up their kids (your friends) from your house and they are definately not old enough to drive yet.
Summer theme - Hawaii luau or have a pirate party - they're in right now! aaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhhh!
Why don't you just invite 6 of your friends over for a slumber party, rent movies, do makeovers on each other and eat pizza? Sounds a lot more fun to me!
what parents let their 13 year olds stay out til midnight? i know mine didn't...

I am going to have to agree with the others. You need to talk to your parents about this party you want to have. We're all strangers who do not know you, and we can't give you good advice on this question.
If your parents won't let you have a late-night party, you could let the party begin earlier--5 or 6pm--and order a few pizzas or something. A party isn't a party without pizza! : )

I honestly dont know a whole lot of parents wanting to pick up their 13 year old kid from a party at 11 or midnight. My daughter is going to have an outdoor summer party from 5:30-9.
you should really have a daytime party........something that will end no later than 9, and that's pushing it. you will have plenty of time in life to the nighttime grown up things.....don't rush yourself......
