i need to know " how many of the directors are compan 1.employees(known as inside directors)? and how many are non-company directors(known as outside directors)? Are there more inside or outside directors?
2.why would outside directors be important to the long-term success of a company? are any of the directors professinal accountant.do you think that at least one member of the board should have accounting expertise?why?

If you are writing a "TERM Paper" for your Professor or just simply want to learn about "INVESTING" it is a very good idea to read as many ANNUAL REPORTS as possible -either on the WEB (PDF) OR you can request for FREE copies via US Mail. An "Inside Director" is one who, besides holding a higher level position such as President/CEO/VP/CFO/Treasurer... also is a Mmber of the Board. Rest of the Directors are chosen from outside.
