Question: What would you do to prepare for an eating contest!?
i am going to be in a buffalo eating contest tomorrow and i need quick advice on a way to do well!. (nothing extreme!.!.!.its just for local access tv)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Since the contest is tomorrow, and you don't have time to stretch anything!.!.!.

Don't drink alot of water!. It takes up room in your stomach!.

Chew as little as possible!. The faster you can swallow, the faster you can gobble!.

When eating a hotwing, insert it in your mouth and pull out clean!. That way, there's no complaints that you didn't eat all of the meat AND it's faster than taking lots of small bites and chomping!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Instructions:
Step1-Clear everything with your doctor before entering an eating contest!. He will base his recommendations on your current health and also let you know of any health dangers that you face by participating in an eating contest!.
Step2-Practice beforehand!. You have to improve your hand-eye coordination in order to put as much food in your mouth as quickly as possible!. Every time you eat, lay out the food as if you are participating in an eating contest!.
Step3-Drink a lot of water!. To stretch the stomach, many food eating competitors drink large amounts of water in a short period of time!. Some entrants drink a gallon of water at one sitting!.
Step4-Eat more in the weeks and days leading up to the contest!. Food items, like cabbage, are particularly helpful at expanding the stomach!. On the actual day of the contest, eat very little!.
Step5-Chew gum to strengthen your jaw!. You need strong jaw muscles in order to chew the large amount of food found in an eating contest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i know that professionals eat BOWLS of lettuce (yes lettuce NOT salad) to stecth out their stomach!. the indegestable celloluse forces the stomach to expand, and doing this for a periods of time (maybe a week) can train your stomach to be prepared for a large meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
