Thanksgiving dinner to go?!
Thanksgiving dinner to go?
Too lazy to cook the turkey with all the fixings. Any suggestions on which restaurants with good thanksgiving dinner menu for take out in the bay area?

I dont know where you live, but if you have one near by, the Honey Baked Ham Company has awsome holiday meal to go. That is their specialty. I cook my own turkey and dressing , but we love the spiral hams so much I always get one. But they also do roast turkey. Also they have stuffing, gravy, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, desserts, etc. Girl, you done gone and made me hungry. Good luck!
ps. as for keeping them open on a holiday when they should be with their families, this does not apply. You pre- order, and then pick up your food the day before you will be serving it, it is reheatable, and tastes just as fresh.
Do you guys have Boston Market? THey have very good thanksgiving dinner to go!

They all require pre-ordering.
Cafeteria restaurants (Luby's, Morrison's, Piccadilly)

Even some hospital food service depts. offer TG dinner to go, for employees that work TG Day. But they sell to others too, adn the food is NOT "hospital food"
Honey Baked Ham is a great place to go.Go to http://www.honeybakedham.com/
I really hope you are joking! Be thankful that you live in a country where there are some people prepared to earn an honest (or possibly dishonest) buck keeping the place open and taking your money on a day set aside to honor and remember the good things you have enjoyed in the past year!
I am an Englishman but I am so thankful for all the (mostly American) friends I have met on the Internet that I am very inclined to celebrate my own private Thanksgiving in their honour. Unless you are going to do something towards the celebration, you are not invited! (I shall be cooking the turkey, I guess).
Safeway has a great deal for TG! :) Albertsons has TG dinner to!

Don't know about the Bay Area in particular, but if there is a Whole Foods Market around they have very good pre-cooked meals and some variety and several size meals. Excellent if you don't want to or don't have the time to cook.
Try an upscale supermarket or gourmet food store. Where I live, there is a place called Whole Foods that makes the entire meal.
