Just go to your grocer and pick up whatever kind of meat is on sale, the biggest amount for the cheapest is best!. Then come home and find a recipe that goes with that meat!. ;-) Bon appetiteWww@FoodAQ@Com

CHOPPED PORK SANDWICHES

1 6-7 lb Pork Roast (Boston Butt/Shoulder)
Demon Pig BBQ Rub
2 bottles "Demon Pig BBQ Sauce"

Trim Excess fat from roast!. Sprinkle with Demon Pig BBQ Rub!.
Cook on grill with indirect heat at 225/250 degrees for 6 hours to an internal temp of 160 degrees!. (This can be done in an oven or bbq smoker!.)

Place in pan with 1/2 cup water, cover and place back on heat for one hour to finish (190F internal temp)!. Remove from heat, let stand 30 minutes!. Careful uncover!. Let stand an additional 15 minutes!.

Pull and chop meat to just under bite size pieces!.

Warm "Demon Pig BBQ Sauce" slightly and mix thoroughly until lightly covered throughout meat!. Serve additional sauce warm on the side!.

Serve on buns with your favorite sides!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say to go to Sam's (wholesale store) and pick up burger patties and hot dogs!. That's pretty much the cheapest food you can bbq!. For sides add chips and you can make cheese dip!. It's not hard, all u have to do is buy velveta cheese and melt it in a crock pot, u can add ground meat or sausage meat to it and it will be a great success!. One velveta block should be enough!. Plus who doesn't love burgers and hot dogs!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

BBQ a London Broil and slice into thin strips!.
(There are tough and tender cuts of London Broil, so
ask your butcher)
Serve with beans, fresh salsa and flour tortillas!. Simple
and delicious!. also, it isn't unreasonable to accept offers
of help from your freinds or even ask someboby if they can

Hot dogs and burgers would be great!. Be sure to have a lot of condiments so people can put their favorite toppings on them!. If you want something fancier, then add grilled chicken to the mix!.
