Sweet sixteeeeen ideas?!
okay!. just to start, I'm not some spoiled ***** who gets every thing they want!. okay!. now that I go that overwith, I'm planning a sweet 16, with a theme; beach babes and bums!. what activites can I plan to do!? or games!? and etc!. decorating tips and food suggestions are most definitely welcome! I'm open to just about everything!.!.!.!.!.if its not super expensive! :) thanks so muchhhhhhh I aprreciate it!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

For decorations you can put up some clear stringed Christmas lights all over the area of the party and even get some of the lighted lanterns they have out now!. They're paper and they're all different colors, some are stringed and some are individual, you can hang them throughout the party and they would be great because they are a patio/beach theme!
You can have a bunch of beach umbrellas around the party with lounge chairs!. You can even put the umbrellas in the middle of the tables if you're having tables!. I'm not sure if you're doing a yard party or a party in a hall, if it's in a yard, set up umbrellas in the yard with towels and lounge chairs, in the hall, you can put the umbrellas in the table!.
Get inflatable beach balls and throw them all around the party!. It's an inexpensive way to have a BIG beach party effect! You can go to the dollar store and get tons of them and you can blow them up and have them scattered all around the party!.
I would definitely go with bbq for the food!. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken, even sausage, peppers, and onions on rolls, etc!. make sure to do the condiments and toppings to go with them too!. Lettuce and tomato and onions for the burgers, relish and saurkruat, etc, for the hot dogs, etc!.
You can even set up an ice cream bar!. Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream with lots of toppings!. You can go to like a costco or bjs, and get those big things of Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, whipped cream, and cherries!. Go to the dollar store and get those tall, plastic sundae glasses and everyone can make their own sundaes!.
You can also have some sand and little drink umbrellas on the tables, with little toy beach chairs!. Strew some sand in little areas, put out a little drink umbrella and under it a toy beach chair!. It would be a cute effect, it doesn't have to be your centerpieces, but it could be around the party at places!.
You can do bright colored tablecloths and napkins, etc!. make it fun and lighthearted!. Have everyone dress casual!.
For games, again, I'm not sure if you're doing it at home or a hall and if you have access to a yard or not, so I'll try and give you ideas for both and I hope they help!
You can do:
-water balloon fights, and whoever is left dry wins!
-Potato sack races
-Three legged races
-Wheelbarrel race, you hold the other person's ankles and they use their hands to run and whoever gets to the finish line wins!.
-Pie eating contest, but use a tin filled with whipped cream instead of pie
-volleyball
-badmitten
-If it a hall put a ticket on the bottom of a chair and whoever has that ticket on the bottom of their chair wins a prize
-Name a beach song, everyone has to name a song with a beach theme or has beach in it or a lose!. Make sure to have a list already made!. The winner is whoever is left in the game or who has named the most!.

First - forget the person who said to donate the money to troops!. Supporting the troops is fine, but someone worried about how much of their parents money they are mentally spending does not need to be trying to send that hard earned cash off to the courageous men and women who chose to defend our way of life overseas!.

You could try sushi rolls those are good and you could get some really cheep actually and there are kinds that dont have raw fish like i think the california rolls are cooked!. They are really good! You could also try to get some surfboard looking decorations!. Happy Birthday!Www@FoodAQ@Com
