from left to right:
salad fork, dinner fork, plate, knife (with serrated edge facing the plate) and lastly, the spoon!. folded napkin goes under the knife and spoon, or can be placed on the plate if there is no salad plate or bowl on top of it!. If you're including the salad plate and bowl, then the order goes (from bottom to top): dinner plate, salad plate, and bowl!. Cups and wine glasses are places in the top right corner of the placematt, with the wine glass on the right!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In order from left to right: side dish plate, salad fork, dinner fork, dinner plate, knife, spoon! I think the napkin technically should be folded and placed on the upper portion of the dinner plate!. The water glass goes above the knife, with the wine glass to the right of the water glass, and a little closer to the diner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bottom Row From Left to Right
* Salad fork
* Dinner fork
* Dessert fork
* Dinner plate with salad or soup bowl on it
* Knife
* Small spoon
* Soup spoon

Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whatever will be needed to be used first in the meal goes on the outside, and subsequently in order towards the plate!.

The spoons go above the place, forks on the left and knives on the right, knives with blades facing outwards!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Forks are placed in the order they will be used, so the first to be used is on the outside and the last is on the inside!. The salad fork would come before the dinner fork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the salad fork first, then dinner fork, then dessert fork, same for knives and spoons!. hope i have helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
