What are some fun things to do at a party that will have people there that are around 16 years old?!

depends what kind of people u have there, and what kind of theme you want
you can do the traditional sweet sixteen; which is a mix of hip hop music, dancing, and plenty of finger foods and a DJ (a DJ is rly rly rly important in this theme)
you can do a pool party, if u have a pool, with finger foods and some music (thats usually successful)
you can do a simple social cocktail part; with finger foods and some light rock or pop music (mainly a talking party)

Clothes swap! Have all your girlies bring their old clothes, shoes, accessories, books, etc that don't fit their bodies or their style anymore (or if they are just sick of looking at them) and have them trade for new!. It's a great way to recycle, clean out those closets for summer, and score some new to you goodies!. Depends on how much room you have!. 35 is a lot!. If it's not a back yard party, try to have more than one room going with things to do!. For instance, XBox 360 Rock Band in the Family room!. OLD Black and white Godzilla movies in the living room with loud music on the boom box!. Set up a karaoke machine and play "American Idol" Have prizes for the "winners"!. Get several kinds of ice cream with lots of toppings!. Have everyone create their own sundaes!. Maybe have some music videos showing!. If after dark, maybe a wiener and marshmallow roast in the backyard!. Scavenger hunts can also be cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
