Yummiest desert I ever had: Sweet Potato Haupia Pie!!!

I'd say mousse au chocolat (but that depends very much on the recipe and the type of chocolate you use), baclava, oh! and apple pie with brown sugar and sour cream (I think it's a Nepalese recipe). You probably know how to make a good pate brise, that's the key to a good pie.

Well the best thing i ever made was an orange cake. I made it half an year ago and people are still telling me they absolutly loved it! The cream is made out of orange peel and whipped cream. A layer of cream, a layer of cookies and so on in a pot decorated with fruit. You put it in the refrigerator and in 12 hours you can serve it.

BANANA SPRING ROLLS from PFchangs!! WOW

... um, i think i got hungry ...
aplle filled with caramell-waferflake-andstuffth...
puddings with chocolate spikes innit, ...
thats all I can think of now ^.-
hope that helps

Sainte Honore, Sacher Torte, Serve some marzipan litely tossed with amaretto or kirsch and topped with warm chocolate fudge, al dente baked apples with carmel drizzled over them & topped with heavy whipped creme, Brown and Haley Belgian Cremes (The entire box in one setting!)

I used to bake a cake called "Mississippi Mud Cake" before the popular Mud cakes we buy in shops now. It had a cup of whisky in it & no icing. The top used to come out crisp & crackly with a soft & gooey inside - yum? The ones I get now dont compare! But i lost the recipe - I think I used to sift icing sugar on top while it was still warm but not sure..
