Answers:
Buy (about $50 for a cheap one) or rent a chocolate fountain. You can have her friends fondue strawberries, pineapple, pretzels, or a variety of cookies. Hook an i-pod up to a speaker for tunes. Also, a movie would be fun (scary or comedy).

Easy, My sis had a mall scavenger hunt fun and cheep ask questions Like where is the rubber chicken at and write the store name fun and doesn't cost

just throw tha party at your house or a park....but make sure you buy a lot of drinks....

have it at the house, fix it up, make some snack food, bust out
some good music and just have fun! and later get some teen
movies to watch.

costume party, they could dress up as their favorite pop star or pick a theme like bugsy malone or grease or something, and there should be a prize at the end of the party for the best costume, have fun and happy birthday sis

nop

1. House/Garden party

Most obvious idea! All you need is a cd/mp3 player, snacks and soda and all your sisters friends! You could even have a BBQ! Remember to clear the house of all ornaments!

2. Any activity where the guests pay for themselves instead of bringing a present

3. Picnic in a park (Sounds boring bu its not! Snacks, music football, friends, camera, cake. Amazing fun)

4. Scavanger Hunt (groups have a list of items to find and have a time limit to find them! Could be in a shopping mall, park ect.

5. Cooking party! All friends bake cakes and make dinner for each other! Then get dressed up and pretend to be at a posh dinner party!

6. Murder Mystery! Make little cards with character profile with one person as the murderer and get everyone to dress up!

7. Most shops will bring all there merchandise down to your house to free if you gather all your friends together and set it all up and all your sister and her friends can try on the clothes all day with no obligation to buy anything!!!

These are my ideas and I have used most of these for my partys!

While not surf the web! My favourite websites are:

http://www.teenpartyideas.com/

I do hope that helped!
I hope your sister enjoys her party and birthday!

Fear Factor parties are a lot of fun here is a website that has all the ideas on it www.fearfactorpartyideas.com or if it was a girls party and you were wanting divaish try a Hollywood Celebrity Party www.californiadreamparty.com has ideas and pictures for that one Good luck

It is a lot of fun to have a candy making party. You could make chocolate covered caramel apples, chocolate covered pretzels, or make specially chosen molded chocolate shapes or lollipops that match your sisters interests - sports, hobby, horses, music, dancing, shopping, etc. It is so easy and yummy. The teens can have fun making a mess and eating the results. You can be as simple or as elaborate as you like. Choose molds and colored melts to "paint" the details of your chocolate candy, or choose nuts, sprinkles, coconut, etc, to decorate your chocolate apples or pretzels. Check out these and more ideas at http://chocolate-candy-mall.com/chocolat...
This is a fairly cheap way to have a lot of fun, and indulge in a delicious party snack.

Happy Birthday!
