Bowling alley is good, or some motels will rent a pool for a few hours.
a scavenger hunt at the mall...stores will usually participate...also, the birthday child can find presents that you have prebought at certain stores..but has to follow clues to find them. Then end with food and prizes in the food court or favorite mall restaurant
