How can I get really excellent French-style macaroons for my wedding in Ireland?

I'm getting married in County Cork this spring, and I'd love to get those amazing French macaroons (like the ones sold at Laduree and Paul, among many others) instead of a wedding cake. Does anyone make these in Ireland? Or would I have to order them directly from the French bakeries in France?
