Pink and black party?!
heyy im throwing a pink and black graduation party (from 8th grade) for my best friend!. i really need some ideas for decorations and food and things to do!. there are about 20 people coming boys and girls and we want the party party to be really girly, but we want it to be guy friendly for the guys that are coming!. we are having a dj and there is going to be dancing outside on our deck!. and the guests are between the ages of 12-15 i really really need help!! thank you so much!!

I love your color theme, and Congratulations on your Graduation!!!
First, I would keep the food with what you like! I wouldn't go with colors and those things, go with what you eat and like, have a bbq, hamburgers, hot dogs, or pizza, taco bar, etc!. Do what you like and what you eat, so it's fun and everyone likes it and so do you!
Set up an ice cream bar! Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream, (fits your color theme too!) and some toppings! Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and cherries, and have everyone make their own sundaes!. You can get those bowls that are made out of waffle cones that are sold at the grocery store!.
For decorations, do black, pink, and white balloons and streamers, and tablecloths, napkins, etc!. I would add the white to break it up some and add a nice touch in there!.
There's lots you can do with your friends!.
You can set up a volleyball net, and play volleyball and badmitten!. Get a pink volleyball! Break into teams!
Have some relay races, potato sack races, three legged races, the wheel barrel race where one person stands and holds the other person's legs and you race to the finish line!.
You can do a pie eating contest, but instead of pie, put whipped cream in the pie tin and whoever finishes first wins!
If you don't want to do games like that you can set up some lawn chairs and pillows for people to sit around and lounge out!.
Put up some clear, stringed, Christmas lights to give the area a nice look and set up a mood!.
You can do a tiered cake, or there is a cake mold out that is in the shape of a huge cupcake, which is really cool!. It is in 2 halves and the bottom half is the bottom paper half of the cupcake and the top half is the icing and it's really cool because it's just one big giant cake, you can do that, or do a tiered layer cake!.
You can do a three tiered cake and decorate it in pink and white icing!. I wouldn't do black only because black is not too appealing in icing to eat, unless it's something you really want to eat!. You can do chocolate inside the cake as the cake itself to make that the black of the cake and then the pink and white as the icing!.
For other things you can do, have a dance contest and have the dj be the judge of it!.
You can do a conga line, do the limbo which you just need a broom handle to do it with, you can have the DJ talk you guys through some dances like the Electric Slide, Hands Up, YMCA, there's so many interactive dances you can all do that he can get you all through and that you and your friends will have fun with!.
You can also ask your DJ if there's any games that he knows of that he can be the judge of!. There's lots of games that DJs sometimes lead the party through and you can call your DJ and ask him!.

you probably should just make it girls wear pink and guys wear black, make sure that the music is good and get a dance floor, and you can't go wrong!. keep the food simple with little snacks like chips and dip, little weenies, veggies, and whatever else!. you could set up a volleyball net or something in the backyard, and have some tables for people to sit and talk and chillWww@FoodAQ@Com

Have either a multilayered cake with one layer being strawberry and one layer being chocolate dyed black with food coloring or instead of cakes make them cupcakes!.
