Has anyone ever seen in person a wedding cake made by Publix?
How did it look? I'm considering using them for my wedding. I know their cakes taste good.

I have seen them and they look just as great as the cakes at other bakeries. We have always used Publix for all our special occasions and have never been disappointed! Perhaps you could visit a few different Publix bakeries and see which one you are most satisfied with!
I have seen one. They are nice for what you are paying for. You are not going to get a neat, clean fondant outside. I don't know if you can request this, but the cake I saw didn't have fresh flowers on it. I know that I had a piece, but I don't remember it. I remember my friend saying how economical it was. She was just really into getting married, and wanted to do it quickly on a budget.
