How do you have a party at the beach at night?!

Question: How do you have a party at the beach at night!?
My friends and I want to have a premire party for my bf's band on friday night, at the beach!.!.!. Are you allowed to be at the beach at night time, and have a party!? To be specific, the beach is Hermosa beach!.!.!.!. Or do you have to have a permitt or something!? Any ideas or tips!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
This is from Hermosa beach website!.!.!.

No Alcohol on the beach
No pets on the beach
No fires except at the Dockweiler Beach or Cabrillo Beach fire rings!.
Hours of Operation for all beaches: 7 a!.m!. to 10 p!.m!.

So unless you are having a "dry" party that will be over by 10pm I think you need to find another venue!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I'm not sure about the beach permit details, but I do have some suggestions for the party itself (sounds like so much fun, by the way)!. Set up about 8 wooden posts in a large square, and then weave Chinese lanterns strung together around the posts (forming the square)!. Make a fun drink, like mojitos or mint juleps, and serve with either citrus slices or the little umbrellas!. Have light hors d'oeurves out-- like little finger sandwiches and things!. Might be fun to carve a watermelon into a basket and serve a fruit salad in it!. Buy lots of the cool glass bottles of sparkling lemonade, Perrier, Coronas!. also have some of the plastic colored ice cubes you can put in drinks!. FInally, set up some tiki torches and you are set!. Have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should call the parks deparment and call them!. I'm sure you can find the number online!. They'll be able to tell you all the rules, as every park and every city are differentWww@FoodAQ@Com
