it sounds like blue cheese. it is good on and in salads gives a great taset melted on roast beef, pork and chicken. some people call it roquefort. {i know thats spelt wrong} hop this helps

i stack the chill section of a supermarket. i hate mouldy cheese!! it stinks and the smell makes me nautious. 1 type even smells like my cats flea collar

I love blue cheese. I eat it on burgers, in salads, on steak but I really enjoy it just spread on warm crusty bread.

Isn't it great! It is Roquefort....or Blue Cheese. (Wonder where they got that name!) Rather excellent as an ingredient in salad dressings...
