Question: Where to get the best deal on plastic plates and cups for WEDDING!?

I live in a small town and so no invitations are being sent out but we have estimated to expect about 150 at reception!. I would like to order the thick plastic plates with perhaps the scroll design but I don't know where to get the best bargin for my money!. Obviously cups and forks will be needed also!.
