Did Giada de Laurentiis move to a new house or a new set?!

Giada has plans to film from her new home in Pacific Palisades!. Her home was demolished to make way for a new one designed by Kevin Fitzsimons!.

I heard that both Food and Wine and Architectural Digest are going to shoot the finished home (I don't know in what capacity), and I was going to provide the link to that but I can't find it!.
