Catering questions!?
At the table is 10-12 persons, and there is both a host and a hostess. The table is rectangular, and my question is, where do you place the male guest of honor, and the female guest of honor?
Who is the first person to be served at a dinner party, who should be served last, and is this true for the Head Table if one is designated?

Well, the guest of honors should always be in the best place like the center, and it is a courtesy to serve ladies first.
It depends on what kind of party are you catering for. If it is a wedding, then the first ones to be served are the couples that got married, then the witnesses of the couple, then the guests and then the last ones are usually the ones who are part of the party. Also if the setting was there is a presidential table then those at that table will eat first then those in the regular tables.
