Alot of like Mardi Gras style stuff would do!. Like face masks!. Tops Hats can work for holders like chips or candy!.
You can also go to like a Party City and they have sections that have stuff for a "masquerade" party!.

Why is this the theme!? But if it must be !. !. !. you need a huge disco ball ( make from foam and glitter) if you can't buy one!. Black light, glow in the dark art and body paints!. Strobe lights are cheap and available at party stores!. If you can find some really funky fabrics with bright abstract prints, you could hang them for backdrops!. You should have a "Hustle" contest and possible a best dressed contest!. Definitely get the music right!. (consult a professional) Rent "Saturday Night Fever"!.!?!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
