Planning an Adult Army Party?!

Question:

Planning an Adult Army Party?

I am planning a party for my boyfriend's 39th birthday. He is a veteran of the Iraq war and I wanted to theme it around this. Has anyone any army-themed ideas that you could give me? I also want to buy a "special" army-themed costume for "after the party" and if you have any ideas on where to purchase this, it would be appreciated. Thanks alot!!!

Instead of doing the party with a beige and brown theme ( like the Desert Storm uniform colors ), why not go with the red white and blue flag theme? You can find decorations galore at Party City or on these web sites.

I'm sure it would easy to find some sort of lingerie with a flag theme. If you want something really WOO WOO, check out Fredrick's of Hollywood.

When one of my friends came back from Iraq we gave him a party. We did everything in camo. As far as after the party dress try a sporting goods shop. You would not believe what you can get in there. Good Luck and tell your boyfriend that My family and I would like to thank him and all of our fighting men for serving our country.

I served in the middle East back in the early 90's. In the Marines I saw alot of action, I personally would not want a party to remind me off it. Just have a BBQ and a few kegs and some army buddies and let them have fun, Forget the costume, It's not a costume it's a uniform.

Target has great army men sheets....
