Need centerpiece ideas for baby's first bday party... theme, little suzy's zoo?!

Question:

Need centerpiece ideas for baby's first bday party... theme, little suzy's zoo?

Answers:
Since I don't have any little ones anymore, I'm unfamiliar with Suzy's Zoo. Isn't she a duck? If you go to this site they have all kinds of ducks that could be used for a centerpiece. They have a really cute duck pinata that would make a great centerpiece.

If you have some older children coming to the party, this site has great, inexpensive craft kits you could get for them to put together to keep them occupied.

Try animal balloons in a vase (plastic). If that's not good, put some bamboo or other things that animals (zoo) eat. You could get stuffed animals of pandas, giraffes, elephants, hippos, etc. and put them in the center. They could be big or small. If they're small- like beanie baby sized- put a few in the middle so you have a little "zoo". Hope I helped.

?Casey?

a big basket of animal crackers - in those cute little red boxes - and then every little one can take a box home with them

my little one will be one in sept and i still have yet to pick a theme! i would go tot he dollar store and got those bath time animal.. they come in all different ones.. the ones that squeak! or walmart sells them in a bundle with a mommy or daddy.. the are tub toys but are animals... i would use those as the center peices! good luck and happy b day to your little one!

Pooh Bear and Eeyore! Everyone knows them, you could get a small set and the child can have them when he or she is older!

Do you want the centerpiece to look like the characters from Little Suzy's Zoo? Or are you going for a zoo theme?

For Little Suzy's Zoo, you could buy helium balloons with the characters printed on them and tie them onto bean bag animals. http://www.snumplewogs.com/balloon_baby....

Oriental Trading Company has inexpensive bean bag animals that may look close enough to the Suzy's Zoo characters to work. www.orientaltrading.com

For a zoo theme, you could get a banana hanger from a dollar store and hang a bunch of bananas and put a stuffed monkey beneath it. Set the whole thing on a palm frond.

Happy birthday to your little one!
