Separate biscuits & cut in half!. Wrap biscuit half around sausage & place seam side down on baking sheet!. Cook according to directions on biscuit container!. Serve with Dijon mustard or jelly!.

Cheese Biscuits

1/2 cup shortening
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup milk

Cut shortening into flour, add cheese & gradually stir in milk!. Knead lightly & turn out onto floured board!. Roll to 1/2 inch thick & cut into small biscuits!. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 425 on greased baking sheet!. Makes about 20 biscuits!.

Green Chili Bites

2 (4 oz!.) cans whole green chilies
2 cups grated monterey jack cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
salt & pepper to taste

Slice & open chilies & arrange on bottom of 8 or 9 inch buttered square baking dish!. Mix grated cheeses together & sprinkle over chilies!. Add salt & pepper to beaten eggs & pour over cheese & chilies!. Bake 30-40 minutes or until firm when dish is shaken!. Cut into squares & serve hot!. Makes about 20 squares!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make a stack of pancake and fill with: cooked bacon,egg or smoked salmon and philly cheese!.
Usually a stack of pancakes can be 6-8 high, filled between layer, cut into 4 triangles an serve!.

batter: egg, milk , flour, make them as big as the frying pan, and not too thick, fry on both sides !.

30 unbaked miniature tart shells
4 strips bacon
1 sm!. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c!. chopped green onions
3 eggs
1 c!. sour cream

Chop bacon, fry until crisp!. Remove fat!. Add onions, mushrooms and a dash of salt!. Cook until tender!. Set aside to cool!. Beat eggs, stir in sour cream!. Divide bacon and mushroom mixture evenly in shells!. Spoon egg mixture with teaspoon into shell until filled!. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes!. Can be reheated!. Freezes well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
