I am having an 80s theme for my sweet sixteen too!
Depending on where you live, google "your city" and party stores and you can find a ton!. Or if you are going online, go to partycity!.com

Favors- Bonnie Bell Lip Smackers, Razzles, Bubblelicious gum, Fruit Rollups, bright colored scrunchies,

Music- look on iTunes at the iMixes and look at the best of the 80s!. also cover all the basics, Madonna, Queen, Bowie, The Soundtrack from 13 Going on 30, Bangles etc!.

I am having mine at my house and going out for dinner!. Depending on where you have it, you can go 80s decoration crazy!. I got balloons, streamers, metallic star cut-outs, table clothes, cups etc all in Pink and Turquoise!. If you go to a restaurant see if you can get a party room and decorate it!

I hope this helps! happy birthday soon!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Madonna, In fact, the tube proved to be a major force behind 1980's fashion trends, including black and white lace for the girls (Madonna) or pastel colored jackets, with sleeves rolled up to the elbow for the guys !. Weiners wrapped in dough! Cheez Wiz! O-s-c-a-r M-a-y-e-r B-o-l-o-g-n-a (but your guests have to sing the song to eat it)! Anything cooked in an Easy Bake Oven! Jell-O (can you invite Bill Cosby!?)!

If you think of some catchy 80s food commercials, maybe you can incorporate those foods!.!.!.I got this from another yahoo answer!
