eat lots of fresh fruit and veg and do some walking.

Take of all sugars out no white bread or starches

more salads and fruits but not the to sweet ones because they turn in to sugar
and that does not help
small portions five times a day
and exercise if not possible walk for ten minutes a day.

4. Watch your carb intake (carbs turn to sugar if not used by the body)
5. Walk 15 minutes a day
6. Lower your Sodium intake-Sodium makes you retain fluid
7. Eat only when you are hungry
8. Eat smaller portions
9. EAT BREAKFAST ( your matabolism does not start for the day until you have eaten)
10. Don't consume Caffiene as it decreases your matabolism rate.
