yeah true that? what side effects... everything in moderation??? But if u really wanna know... You can buy really weak herbs from your local herb/accult store, like Damiana, Nettle, SkullCap etc. Or maybe some Mushrooms??? eheheh...

Somebody told me St. Johns Wort, but you can't believe everything you hear. And again, depends on what you mean by side effects.

Pixie sticks, or Smarties. lol I use to do that all the time. Its the sugary smoke that comes out of it.
