Answers:
I eat a fruit if I run out of chocolate chip cookies. lol ?

Just dont think about the food.

I usually give in to it!!!

I have a few bites of something sweet and then I feel satisfied and the craving goes away. Everything in moderation is the key that works for me.

that really depends on the situation. If I am stressed, I try to avoid it and get my mind refocused, because I know I will eat too much. If I am not stressed, I might cave and get something sweet, but I try to keep it in porportion!

I'll Binge on chocolate for exactly one minute

you should drink 2 glasses of water with a lemon. your first taste of hunger is usually a sign of thirst.

It's very hard for me to keep from eating sugar, so much so that it's not regularly stocked in my pantry, unless I plan to bake. I am not diabetic, but was probably headed that way, so I do one of the following and it works well:

Drink water. Eat a few green olives, almonds, high fiber fruit or a few triscuits. They are healthier and don't raise my blood sugar.

Try to have sugar-free hard candy on hand like Lifesavers or Brach's.

If out or food shopping, I will just cave, but more times than not try to reign it in by picking something low fat or sugar free; pudding, dairy free or low fat ice cream. I try to save the splurge for something really good like sticky toffee pudding, homemade cookies, or a piece of birthday cake.

if you don't want to eat.i heard if you just smell something sweet it will curb the appetite and the best way is to buy a vanilla scented potpourri or aresol air freshener and just spary the room you are in when you're craving sweets.
