For just a snack - like standing in the refrigerator door and eating something out of my fingers - I prefer Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar

cheddar & american!

Gouda

mozzarella and cheddar

Brie, Colby

Muenster

Colby or muenster.

But not together.

Brie or an aged Gouda

I love a good vintage tasty with a real bite to it.

Swiss, Montero Jack w/crackers!

An herbed goat cheese... light but with good nutritional value, expecially if served with veggies.

Believe it or not, Cracker Barrell's 'Baby Swiss' is super yummy!

P.s. Cheddar - mild is the best. :)

I love eating Gouda, mild cheddar cheese and brie on certain occasions. Especially when you warm it up, and eat it all gooey on bread or crackers.

well, if it's just cheese by itself then the Baby Bell (sp??) little cheeses are awesome!! (they are wrapped in wax and kinda look like a Pac Man when you unwrap them)
but to eat with crackers definitely Camembert or maybe Brie or Gouda....mmmm....I love cheese!!!!!

String Cheese or The Laughing Cow original creamy swiss

Gouda and cheddar are good, so is mozzarella, but my all time fave is pepper jack cheese! Love the spicy kick!

I personally love Cheddar cheese and crackers with a sweet pickle on the side. YUM!

Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar. I can't stop eating it. It's practically a meal in itself!

Smoked cheddar or muenster with apple slices.

Swiss lorraine! You can get it in the deli at Walmart or at Krogers. It is wonderful on a sandwich or just on crackers or by itself. Enjoy!
