Usually take out but tonight I went a got a got sandwich on a whole wheat wrap with all the trimmings.

Notta in my house...kids are sick and on "bland diets" so we had hamburgers, plain for the kids....oh yum! LOL oh yeah and they also had saltines and oyster crackers w pedialyte..double yum! LOL

i just had a cinnamon roll. been at work for 12 hours now, pushing toward 14! for breakfast it was a 3X Monster energy drink, for lunch another energy drink, and a mountain dew during the afternoon. I AM CORNHOLIO!!!!!!
Well, today is a Jewish holiday, like every Friday, and since we have company we are having:
rotisserie chicken and oven potatoes
millions of different salads that my mom forced me to make
Pilaf ( a russian dish with rice, carrots, potatoes, and meat)
and something else.

I'm having Pork Fried Rice, Broccoli with peppered steak and spring rolls.
I made a Rachel Ray recipe for Swedish meatballs, but I made mine the "healthy" version using ground chicken breast, whole wheat egg noodles, and low fat sour cream. It comes out yummy anyway!
I had grilled mahi with a tossed salad and coleslaw.
pulled pork sandwiches and stuffed roasted jalapeno peppers

I exercised and then mowed the lawn (an acre) so insisted on eating out 'cuz I wanted the Penne Carbonara (and wine) from a local restaurant.
