Garlic....However, most herbs when used appropriately have healing properties that keep you healthy longer.

garlic has been mentioned for health, but no food makes you live longer.

blueberries

soy protein

long life butter long life milk long life bread take ya pick pmslllllllll

Apparently, fruits and vegetables - namely citrus fruits that are high in anti-oxidants - shown to actually prevent cancer in those who are likely to get it because of family history. You also get fiber from these as well which helps you to properly digest your food, that way you get the most out of the nutrients that it has.

No single food can help people live longer, but there is evidence that eating a restricted calorie diet can help you live longer.

you can get away from all meet stuff also take away fast foods

vegetables also very good for health care

last thing keep on exercising good for you

cheers

Not really any food that makes people live longer, but there are foods that help people prevent diseases such as heart disease.

Eat foods with fiber, protein, good carbs (non-processed food), low sugars, and keep it in smaller portions with a lot of meals.

Exercise and stay healthy.

good healthly well balance food. fruit, veggies, dairy, protein.

I would imagine that about it!!

Avoid eating too many foods that are high in fat, cholesterol, sodium, or caffeine.

Get plenty of rest and exercise and avoid stressful situations as much as possible.
