At your local PARK!!! There is swings/slides/etc there all ready!. Most have creeks running through them!.
You can bring a volleyball net, horseshoes, have water fights, etc too!.
Most parks have it shaded which is GREAT and if not bring a canopy (they arent that expensive for the cheap ones) and folding chairs!.
You can bring a radio for music too!.
You can bring a BUFFET of stuff to eat and bring coolers too!.
All kinds of drinks and snacks and sodas!.
