The most traditional and easiest to go with is Paella

I prefer tortilla. Spanish omelet which is a good two inches thick, served warm with crusty bread and butter and a pint of beer in the other hand. It's what tapas is all about and they do it best in Spain. Other things I love are Russian salad, spicy meatballs, paella, pasta salads etc.

Why, Paella of course. You can have some tapas too.

I like fajitas or Shrimp Cocktail

Any tapas dish, you can get lots of little ones and taste them all.

Calamari with a spanish aoli...crusty bread and tomato salad

menudo,spanish rice,or empenidas and coke.
