-Relay races, potato sack races, three legged races, wheel barrel races, etc!.
-volleyball and badmitten
-Have a bbq with hamburgers and hot dogs
-pinata
-spa party, do makeovers on each other
-dinner party, make the dinner and set the table in a formal way and sit down and have dinner with each other!.
-Get a an inflatable kiddie pool and fill it with water, break into 2 teams and have a tug of war, the losing team ends up in the pool!
-set up an ice cream bar!. Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and some toppings!. Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and cherries and have everyone make their own sundaes!.
-play board games, or charades, etc!.

You can do it, but get prepared for a lot of work!. First and formost hit the dollar store!. Get a few cans of spraypaint in tropical colors!. You can use this on newspaper to wrap tables!. Do the same with paper plates, then cut out seashells, fish, pineapples, etc!. Loop these together with some yarn for garland!. Use some clear vases or borrow some and use for fish bowls!. Get those cheap fish at walmart, I get them for my daughter all the time, they're like $1 each!. Use Yahoo, Google, AP Image searches for images you like, print them out and use for invitations!.
For food have order a few quarts of fried rice, it's a lot easier to buy believe me!. Serve with bbq chicken legs and thighs!. For drinks mix some kool aid with pineapple juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go to the nearest dollar store and buy decorations!. You can also make some of your own!. If you have spray paint and newspapers you can outline them with animals or whatever design you chose and spray paint the shadows!. You could take balloons and put them in corners with little things attached to the bottom or you could put little pieces of papers inside folded tiny with places to find door prizes!.!.!.use riddles and it makes it more fun!. When my friends and I were on a tight budget we had lots of parties!. Everyone brought a dish they had prepared and I provided a hot oven, plates, bowls and some of the wine, juice or beer!. What we ate was interesting, a good laugh and kept the conversation going too!.
For a change we had bring your own picnics in the park!.

Cooking party - do it your self pizza or ommelette, that sort of thing!. Fondue party - have various little pots of stuff (oil, pasta sauce, etc!.) with lots of small things on sticks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
