Answers:
I personally think you cant go past a Roast Chicken cut up on a nice salad. And then something along the lines of what Siri suggested. And for dessert I would be going something like a fresh fruit salad. Anyway have fun.

turkey breast on whole wheat
BAKED lays
grapes
cottage cheese
carrot sticks and ranch dressing
brownies
DIET COKE

Salad(lettuce, red onions, walnuts, mandarin oranges, tomatoes, cheese chunks, cranberries, grilled chicken and salad dressing) with crackers on the side. Dessert: homemade brownies

if you are going to the park, bring something simple. the best thing to do is go to the supermarket at the deli section, you can get roasted potatoes, green beans with walnuts, willow tree chicken salad, pasta salads, egg salads, chicken thats already roasted and HOT, maybe some dip for chips if you're ccasual like, a variety of rolls so they can make a sandwich, and then you could go to the seafood section if they are lovers of seafood and get a platter of the shrimp and dip.. its all easy thing, its a variety, and maybe a salad...

going to a park you don't want to limit your friends as to what they can eat, they can pick, just got 2 bucks worth of everything from the deli and it'll add up to the same amount you would have spent anyways on something regular like

another idea is, suggest paneras if its in ur area, have them order what they want and eat at the park, you can call ahead

Cucumber Sandwiches followed by Viennese Apple Strudel.

why not go to the deli and get some assorted meats like ham and or turkey ans some cheese like Swiss and American and a few tomatoes and tomatoes and a loft of french bread and maybe some fresh fruit.
