I'm in New York BlackLight parties are big here! All lights out and nothing but black lights and as you know white clothes look insane in black lights so you can tell everyone to wear dark colors and just your closest friends wear white (just a little of course) while you make an entrance in ALL WHITE!. You can also give out glow sticks, glow bracelets, and glow necklaces etc!.
