Answers:
When I cook for my boyfriend's game nights (video games!) these are their favorites:

Little smokies wrapped in crescents!.!.!. mini pigs in a blanket!. (Bake them according to crescent package!.)

---

Brown-Sugar Glazed Lil Smokies

INGREDIENTS
? 1 (16 ounce) package little smokie sausages
? 1 pound bacon
? 1 cup brown sugar, or to taste
DIRECTIONS
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
2!. Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a little sausage!. Place the wrapped sausages on wooden skewers, several to a skewer!. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and sprinkle them liberally with brown sugar!.
3!. Bake until bacon is crisp and the brown sugar melted!. (I bake it for about 25 minutes)

(This is messy to cook, but if they eat these right off the skewer it's easy clean up)

These sandwhiches are a hit! I just take some frozen pastry crust, let it defrost, and top one sheet of pastry with cream cheese, parmasan and crushed red pepper!. (I usually mix them togther and spread it on the sheet!.) Place ham on top of the cream cheese mixture!. Top with the other sheet of pastry, and bake at 400 for about 10-12 minutes!.

I think that's all you really need!. Pick your favorite 3-4 new recipes, then get some chips, snacks, and pretzels!.!.!. maybe pizza if it's going to be long!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this!.!.!.!. Fairly easy to make!.!.

Filling (serves 4[ do your own math!]):
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces fresh crab meat or canned crab meat, drained and flaked (can be substituted with prawns)
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper, to taste
1 - 1 1/2 green onions, finely sliced
1 large clove garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon red onion, chopped

1 package wonton wrappers
1 small bowl filled with water for wetting wontons
Oil for deep-frying

Directions:
Combine the crab and the cream cheese!. Mix in the remaining filling ingredients one at a time!.
On a flat surface, lay out a wonton wrapper in front of you so that it forms a diamond shape!. Wet the edges of the wonton!.
Add a heaping teaspoon of filling to the middle, and spread it out toward the left and right points of the diamond so that it forms a log or rectangular shape (otherwise the wrapper may break in the middle during deep-frying)!.
Fold over the edges of the wrapper so that it forms a triangle shape!. Seal the edges, adding more water if needed!.
Cover the completed shape with a damp towel to prevent them from drying out while preparing the rest!.
Heat wok and add oil for deep-frying!. When oil is ready (the temperature should be between 360 - 375 degrees), carefully slide in the shape, taking care not to overcrowd the wok!. Deep-fry until they are golden brown, about 3 minutes, turning once!. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels!. Cool and serve!.

(You may even add in diced potatoes and carrots if you like)

(To make ahead: The filling can be prepared up to a day ahead of time and stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, or the wontons can be filled and refrigerated up to one day ahead of time before cooking!. The wontons can also be prepared up to the deep-frying stage and frozen for up to 3 months!. Cook the frozen wonton according to the instructions above, adding a few minutes to the cooking time)Www@FoodAQ@Com
