I don't think McDonald's ever advertised their food as something to eat when you are on a diet and want to lose weight. Those who are suing are not taking responsibility for their own problems and they probably will lose in court.

It's the same thing as people suing tobacco companies when they get cancer from smoking.
They are idiots.....they need to take responsibility for their own actions and do something about it like change their diet and exercise.....Mcdonalds or any fast food resturant are not to blame. Yes they provide foods that are unhealthy but if you abuse any unhealthy foods Mcdonalds or not you will have weight issues.
The people who do this are stupid for sure, but if the judges would start refusing these frivolous cases this wouldn't be an issue. As far as I'm concerned, the people who cry and moan about being fat should be taken out somewhere and put out of their missery since they obviously don't have either the will power or desire to help themselves, and the judges who waste their time and our tax dollars hearing these moronic cases should be disbarred and never allowed back on the bench again.
