You need a little more detail to your question. How old is the girl, is it a birthday party or what kind of party? For younger girls (my daughter is 5) you could do something like a Barbie pool party. Just have Barbie as your theme and get one of them little pools they have at Walmart and set out lawn chairs and make fancy little kid drinks like Shirley Temples and have them put on there bathing suits. Kids love to have special drinks and the whole outdoor thing is always a plus becuase there is less cleaning involved. If you have an older daughter then why not let her do something like a dance kinda party. Have the same idea with drinks only mix it up a little. Get on the web and check out some other ideas....strawberry daquari's (virgin of course) or pina coladas. Things like that. Let her have her friends come over at around 5 or so and have your meal and gift and then let them have drinks and dance the night away. Be creative and have fun!

Try an American Idol Party. Have a karoke contest, include party favors, a star cake. Make it just like the show. Its a popular show these days, and so all little girls would enjoy it!! my friends and i throw a party every year . we call it the melon mash ... we have a vodka watermelon .. one for eating, several in our killer punch.. we encourage participants to bring their own melon paraphernalia.. contribute something melon .. make a fruit dish, wear a watermelon Rhine on your head whatever...and every year the party that all parties get compared to the"melon mash standard"
