How do you make a ceaser salad?

We make Caesar Salad all the time.
Here's my recipe and it's delicious:

1 clove garlic, diced
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsps. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
coarse ground pepper, to taste
1 large head of Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Tear and wash lettuce and place into a bowl. Blend next 7 ingredients with a wisk. Pour over lettuce add croutons and cheese. Toss and serve.

the easy way- shred up some romaine, drizzle on ceaser dressing and sprinkle on some grated parmeasan

Use romaine lettuse, Grated Parmesian cheese, and Caesar dressing.

Classical ingredients are Romaine, Parmesan cheese (NOT the shake type) croutons, anchovies(totally skipable) and a good ceasar dressing( make your own), preferably containing egg. Assemble and enjoy!

2 garlic cloves
3 (2 ounce) cans anchovy fillets (in oil)
1 egg
1/2 lemon
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2-3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 head romaine lettuce
1/2 cup croutons

In large wooden bowl, mash garlic with a fork.
Add anchovies and mash to a fine paste using back of spoon.
Break egg into bown, juice lemon and add juice.
Mix well.
Add olive oil, vinegar and mix in parmesan.
Add lettuce and toss.
Add croutons.
Serve sprinkled with more cheese.
